The Cake Crush we takes pride in serving you with freshly made cakes and reliable delivery. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Delivery Timing & Scheduling

  • We offer next-day delivery on certain cake varieties, while some custom or specialty cakes require 48 hours advance notice. The expected delivery timing will be clearly indicated next to each product.

  • You also have the flexibility to schedule deliveries for a future date at checkout.

Delivery Window

  • All cake deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM only.

  • Please note that the delivery charge does not include a tip for the delivery person—this is at your discretion.

Slot Variability

  • While we strive to deliver within your selected window, actual delivery may occur up to 2 hours before or after the scheduled time.

Secure Payments

  • We support 100% secure online payments, including debit/credit cards, UPI, e-wallets, and net banking.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • To ensure smooth operations and cake freshness, any order cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Requests received after this window may not be accommodated.

Important Notes

  • Once cakes are dispatched, they cannot be redirected to a different delivery address.

  • Each cake is hand-delivered by our team—not via third-party couriers—to preserve quality and presentation.
